Can we get the Chevalier removed from this poll? It was a drop in the past, so people who want that shoe can just request that drop be brought back. Thanks.
I suppose. Although, I'd put AE and Alden in an entirely different class from Chevalier. I guess I'll start a "US-made longwing" poll now. That Chevalier wouldn't be suitable for many professional environments (boot-like sole makes it look too casual).
In general, me too. But Chevalier seems to be doing things the right way, and I like supporting high-quality manufacturing anywhere. Better these guys than current-generation Florsheim, right?
I'd prefer shoes that are US-made, personally.
I just added the Chevalier Natural Longwings. It's a gorgeous combination that's previously only been made by Alden, and a drop would help with the international shipping and make them ridiculously economical.
