how are these specifically for the XBONE? also, external drives are already cheap (if you're a good shopper). You'd prob save like $10 max if there was a manufacturer willing to do a massdrop. I recommend you look for whatever's on sale at bestbuy and just grab that.

yolomeisterThose were my thoughts exactly. It'll be interesting to see what kind of price MassDrop can offer, but the Seagate drive that's currently in the lead has been on sale for $80 multiple times in the past 6 month's.
I'm thinking that if Massdrop gets a bulk order from manufacturer, the price will be a percentage off of the MSRP, not the current sale price on a store online. I think the MSRP for that drive is $149.99, and most likely they won't get more than 25% off, if that, which leaves it at $112.49 each. Over $30 higher than a sale price that it constantly hits.
I'm new to MassDrop though, so I guess I'll just have to wait and see what kind of deal they are able to offer. Anything more than $75 each for the 3TB Seagate and it's not really worth it.
