@Deaomega1214 Hard to tell from the pics, but are these serrated right on the cutting edge on the one side? Or are the serrations offset from the sheer edge and only meant for griping the food, not cutting it? Also, I see no pics from the back side either here or on your site. Is the pivot point at all adjustable if these loosen up over time?

KavikThe serrations are meant for gripping not cutting, and the pivot point is welded, it will not loosen over time.
