OverTheHillThey are brand new, and as the owner and designer, I’m biased, but I can tell you they cut up an entire chicken easily, then opened a coke with them. Totally dishwasher safe. Come apart for easy cleaning. Space for all of your fingers.

Deaomega1214Hi, can these be hand sharpened, or do they have serrations? I'm sure the edge will last awhile, but it will dull eventually...
