best chair i have purchased
So i saw this chair for 295, i did some google search n i decided to make a purchase. i waited for 3 days for run to end, n i received my chair in 2 days. Biggest thing that caught my attention was the fabric options. pu leather sucks for anyone that lives in a hot area. so i selected the woven, i would highly recommend woven fabric over pu leather. Took about 15 minutes to put the chair together, the quality of the materials is very good. so i took a sit to see how it feels. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY Im a gamer n i have purchased multiple gaming chairs before, this is the best i have experienced so far.

Always question an all-sales-final policy
Originally, I wanted to say this could be a good chair for some people, just not me, because it has some really great features and, at first, it really did a great job helping me maintain a good posture while working from home. But the quality is just not there, even for a $300 chair. So there are two main problems: It's uncomfortable and it's falling apart around six months after purchase. Also, it was sold with no returns when I bought it, so I was pretty much stuck with dealing with the cushion from day 1. This chair would have been an immediate, not-even-bothering-to-assemble-it return otherwise. I don't know what the current return policy for this item is. Comfort: This is where I'd say it might work for some people. I'm 5'10", about 170 pounds, and the back part of the seat (the foam at the front of the seat is softer) has zero give. You are definitely sitting ON the cushion, not sinking into it at all, which is not only uncomfortable but has caused the chair to shoot out from under me several times when I sit toward the front...it's so firm that, rather than sink in, the entire chair goes off balance and tilts forward and the wheels kick backward and send it flying (also the wheels must've dreamed of being on roller skates at one time...probably great for carpet, but a little aggressive for hardwood). After having some friends try it, I'd say you'd probably need to be 220+ pounds for this chair to have much give. Otherwise, it's like sitting on a concrete bench. I had to buy an aftermarket cushion to make the chair even remotely usable. I also want to be clear this is the first chair I own that is marketed as a gaming chair. I didn't bother mentioning some features I wasn't fond of because they're fairly standard for this type of chair. Possibly the uberfirm seat is as well, but I have no idea why anyone would ever want that. Quality: Oh boy. So, I should have known this might be a problem when I saw the instructions, which completely skip one step (attaching the armrests), give you no real way of telling which screws are supposed to be used where and appear to be for a completely different chair entirely based on the illustrations. (Fortunately, other than the armrest part, you can use them as a guide because everything is at least in the same place.) Right off the bat, one of the preassembled joints on the seat has a manufacturing defect that prevents me from putting the cover on. I alert customer service, and they send me the joint/hinge/whatever...which is great, except I had no idea how to get the current one off and it's not like I could rely on the instructions (even if it hadn't been preassembled). Cushion bought, decided I could deal with the cover not being on the hinge/joint/whatever, start using it. Six months later:
  1. Two bolts securing the base of the chair to the seat fall out on a regular basis, like the holes weren't set properly.
  2. The protective part for the OTHER joint/hinge thing will no longer stay on so at least the two sides match now.
  3. The backrest no longer returns to the full upright position; I can use the second position down, but I have to manually pull the back forward to get it into the upright position. Not great.
Haven't sent anything to the warranty department on the third issue yet, but I'll be doing that tonight. Summary: So basically, the ergonomics are really good (for about six months), the fabric is A+ and super comfortable and everything else is a bit of a bust. I've learned an important lesson about purchasing items from companies that don't allow returns, though. Take a risk on this one if you're looking for something built for larger people (NOT just a big, comfy chair that lets you sit cross-legged) if you REALLY want to...but not unless they have a different return policy than when I bought it.
