Assembly wasn't too bad. The business analyst in me wants to redo the instruction book a bit, but honestly, some of the mistakes I made in putting it together were on me. The included white glove was an odd inclusion, but I'm sure someone must have wanted it.
Nice chair, better than my old chair. It's tall, has a wide seat bad, and the lumbar and neck cushions are better than anticipated. Great purchase. Would buy again!
