So I'm guessing this didn't happen :/ "Hi Yes, that 11/22 date is from a previous drop. But for this drop we will start shipping, most likely, next Tuesday the 11th and depending on how many are sold be done shipping by Thursday the 13th. From there, it's just a matter of how far you are from our warehouse in Camarillo, CA. UPS takes a maximum of seven working days to the most remote places in the continental US but four days is about average."
cmdctrllAhh yah i also thought it'd ship on the 13th but guess its the 21st no big deal its only 176 miles away from me. Wish that ship date was wrong.
cmdctrllHi, Yes, sorry, that was an estimate. We sold more than we thought, a good thing which we thank everyone for, and it is taking longer than I originally forecast for the order information to get processed and get to us, we actually didn't get it from Massdrop until Thursday afternoon.
We needed to get some other shipments out on Friday but will start working on this first thing Monday. It will take three days to ship them all, we will ship the furthest geographically from us first. And go from there. Thanks for your patience and I will be less optimistic in the future about ship dates. I will say that I wrote that on the first day and really did not expect we would have such a success with this drop .
StreetBoxHi, the wheels are plastic. I don't know the stem size off the top of my head, but you can write to us at service@arozzi.com and we will let you know. These are pretty standard issue casters and roll well on laminate. I think you could easily replace them to casters of your preference if you desire. Although, one caveat there, if something happened, say your custom caster broke and that caused other damage, it would not be covered by the warranty.
