My chair showed up today. As others have noted, the box was pretty banged up, but everything inside was fine except for minor damage to the plastic housing on the seat piece where the lever is. It's just a small cut, and the thing still functions so I can look over it.
My only real gripe (and it's just a misunderstanding really) is that you can't lock the seat tilt (rocking) in while it's rocked back.

taylor2Hi, the standard Verona does not lock while rocking, the Pro does.
