So my box came in and is basically ruined. Huge holes in the box and parts of the chair are missing. Havn't had time to check for actual damage of the chair itself. Hugely disapointed; does anyone know who I can contact to get this fixed?
BaldifulI had a similar issue, I contacted Arozzi directly from there website. Michael at Arozzi was very helpful, my chair arrived with all kinds of damage from shipping. Cuts in the pu leather and destroyed plastic on the hinge covers. I sent them photos of how it arrived and Arozzi replaced the chair for me. Their customer service has been great.
