Hello.
A couple of friends and I want to buy this chair. We live in Colombia. All the things we buy at Amazon or Ebay we send our things to our freight forwarder that is located in Miami, and then they send us our products to Colombia. We have a doubt, in case one of the chairs has something missing or broken, how will you replace it? do we have to send the chair back? Will you only send the missing parts to our freight forwarder in Miami?
Of course we hope the chair arrives correctly. We don't care the box shape, only the chair.
