Have an issue with one of the nuts in the chair. Seems to be stripped. It's damaged two screws I've tried to use in that spot.

alecmcdI had one like that where the back connects to the bracket. I had to buy a 16mm bolt (to replace the 24mm bolt) and use a ratchet to work it in. I had to crank that thing in there.
