I received my chair just over a week ago. The box was quite damaged and a couple of the parts were damaged, thankfully the damage is mostly just cosmetic but it is still annoying so I contacted Arozzi from their website. It has been several days and I have not heard back from them yet which is very disappointing so I am posting this here in hopes that somebody will see it.
