I bought this chair as a replacement for an old crappy $30 chair. I game and stream for long sessions. I wanted to spend a little more money for something that was comfortable. Why I bought a chair through a site that doesn’t allow returns I can’t tell you. It was a stupid move. After a few hours of sitting it feels like I fell on my tailbone. I don’t know if it’s defective or just terrible in general but I’m not happy that I cant return it. It does looks cool. It was easy to set up. Those only account for one star since it’s not remotely comforTable. I’ve seriously gone back to using the $30 crap chair sure it doesn’t recline and has no bells and whistles but it also doesn’t leave me in pain.

SentientHairI have never heard that sitting in the chair hurts. Maybe your chair does have a defective seat cushion. Yes massdrop does not give refunds but you might want to think about contacting customer service at Service@arozzi.com so they could give you a replacement seat cushion. Thank you
