This is almost the perfect chair. I bought thr Pro V2 and the added lumbar support is very nice. Build quality is very solid, there is some cheaper plastic used for some trims but I'm nor going to complain too much. My biggest gripe with the chair is it could use more seat pad, it just gets uncomfortable to seat on after a while. But I mean, its not hard to buy a cushion separate for that extra support. All on all, it's the best chair I've ever owned easily. The seat cushioning being the only real downside for me personally.
