Not bad, especially for the price (when on sale). I can't say I would have bought this for full price, but It gets the job done and is great for organizing. It's not the strongest, but I believe it is only meant for small electronic jobs. I would definitely make sure you are wearing some kind of grounding bracelet or working on an antistatic pad if working on pc parts (or an parts with electrical components). But I use it at work to assemble/disassemble small electronic parts and it is a life saver with the electronic function. Sometimes I have to apply some manual torque to loosen something, but it tightens just fine. If you use screwdrivers a lot, especially for small screws, this is a good buy. If you are someone that likes aesthetics, it's also really nice, in my opinion. Very clean, minimal, and organized.
For the price, it's a steal. Works really well, battery still holding with medium usage.
It's not super strong but for me, who just keeps mounting and dismounting small electronics such as laptops, mouses, keyboards, etc, is perfect.
The build quality and complete set that the driver comes with is pretty impressive and worth the price alone. The electric aspect of it is an awesome bonus and saves wrist strain especially when you have many small screws to go through. It isn't very strong but I'd say it's just strong enough for small electronics - it's nice to know that I won't be stripping any threads with an electric driver while quickly putting many screws in place, often torqued to satisfactory levels.
A decent electric screwdriver, but missing some quality-of-life features
This item is a bit of a mixed bag.
Pros
Good bit coverage, including some less-common bits that some brands use in household electronics (I'm looking at you Breville)
The driver works well and is simple and comfortable to use
Cons
Not a big deal, but the case feels a bit clunky. It feels unwieldly and there is the high-pitched sound of metal scraping on plastic every time you open or close the case.
The legends show the bit shapes, but you have to read the correct sides of the bits themselves to determine the size. If you can look at the 0.8mm hex bit at a glance and know it is not the 0.7mm or the 1.0mm, then congrats. But for me, I find myself spending too much time looking for the correct size compared to other (albeit non-electric) precision screwdrivers that include the size as well on the legends.
Great quality, and the case is awesome. The magnetic bit holders and charger for the screwdriver are very cool. Getting into those tight spaces is a breeze.
Having bought this over a year ago (actually more like nearly 18 months ago), I actually used it for the first time while repairing a Drop Ctrl keyboard. There's a great range of bits stored conveniently in the magnetised case. Charging is USB simple. The display on the handle is a good idea, although I've just used the settings out of the box. And the box, or case, is very convenient - not too large, not too small, great for charging, very sturdy, even fits in your pocket.
The set is great, though I use it less than I expected since often it’s just more convenient to grab and twist a regular screwdriver. Tons of bits make for a set with great utility. Definitely a splurge, hope to be able to use it more.
used it when I was replacing my SSD for a RazerBlade 15, it made everything easy - took less than half a time; its both good and bad that it requires better torque.
