I previously bought the "Artifact Bloom Series Keycap Set: Dark Dolch" which is the same price and, as the name implies, is part of the same "series".
My expectation was that these "Vintage" keycaps would be of similar quality, and only the color scheme would be different. They are the same price and part of the same "Bloom Series", after all. However, these "Vintage" keycaps have noticeably less texture.
The "Dark Dolch" keycaps have a very quality-feeling textured surface. I loved that texture so much that I purchased these "vintage" colored ones for another keyboard. But the texture on this "Vintage" series is far less pronounced and in my opinion makes them feel less quality.
I attached an image showing both the "Dark Dolch" and these "Vintage" keycaps, with "Dark Dolch" on the left. You can see the difference in texture of the keycaps. No, it's not just the glare from the light - in fact, they are both getting lit evenly, but only the Dark Dolch has enough texture to show it. These "Vintage" have far less texture.
I still like the keycaps. And maybe some people will prefer the smoother texture? That's totally fine. I'm just annoyed that two different color schemes from the same series of keycaps feel so different.
After I picked up these keycaps, I honestly thought they were going to sound horrible. They looked and felt like cheap plastic. But after putting them on my keyboard they feel great and sound amazing. They feel like they are made of higher quality materials and sound really nice.
Keycaps came in a tight box, but nothing out of the ordinary! Currently typing with them and they feel smooth! The design is also simple, but effective. For the price, it's perfect as a starter keycap.
