I quite like it. I don't use its portable aspects at all so I can't comment on that but as a desktop solution I'm very happy with it. It powers my DT 1990 Pro just fine, and I'm satisfied with the sound. I love that I can switch between optical and USB inputs easily for when I wanna play/stream my Switch. My only real gripe would probably the fact that even if I set it to consistently charge it still loses battery, albeit very slowly, over time. But a quick solution to this is to turn it off once every few nights. Overall it is built very well, looks nice, sounds great, more than powerful enough for my needs, and has an intuitive interface. The media buttons are also a nice added bonus as my F87 doesn't have media keys.

excalibruhIf you’ve already tried this I apologize, I’m just trying to help. What this sounds like with no other details is the outlet you have it plugged into does not put off enough power for this device As for it to function as intended… Meaning to continuously charge while plugged in and playingbas for it to function as intended… Meaning to continuously charge while plugged in and playing. I have a lot of experience in this. I have heavy drawing devices all over my house and I constantly have to unplug say something that recharges like my iPhone for example, and move it to an outlet on the other side of the house so it gets a fast charge as it should. If you got this new, and around 4-5 or less years you certainly shouldn’t be having battery issues. They of course do eventually degrade but that would be the only other thing I could ever think of that would cause what you’re describing other than of course a quality control issue with said product. What I would do is, again if you haven’t done this already… Let it drain completely down and let it sit overnight unplugged. Make sure it’s completely dead. Then when not at home or... in a completely unoccupied part of your house... plug it in and let it charge overnight and uninterrupted all night (if it’s feasible do this for two nights in a row again with no other use) to recondition the battery and see if that helps. I’ve worked early jobs in RadioShack as well as multiple cell phone retailers and let’s just say rechargeable batteries, and all their forms were a big part of my life for a while and that procedure did the trick. The batteries have not changed. in either case hope it helps or hope your device lasts for a long time regardless and either way

WILLxLOVEI genuinely appreciate the giving spirit and thorough effort of this heartfelt contribution... However, that's a frightening amount of mumbo-jumbo and outright superstition! Not going to dissect all of that, but "batteries have not changed" is enough to dismiss the rest. Happy to hear that quieter areas of your home charge faster, but that will never work for the rest of us that lack your eternal faith.

WILLxLOVEI know this is old but draining a battery all the way down does not condition the battery, the worst thing you can do is use a battery to 0%. But it's true that if your outlet doesn't have enough power it will slowly drain. Try just turning it off when you don't use it
