Hey I received my Automatic in the mail 6-4-15, the initial set up went good I made an account under my live email account but when it get's to detecting vehicle capabilities the error in the Subject comes up.
"Couldn't Read Vehicle Configuration There appears to be a problem with your adapter. Please contact help@automatic.com"
Which explains this comment, the vehicle in question is 1998 Chevrolet Astro which I checked online before purchase and it said it was compatible with this device.
I have also sent this as an email to Automatic themselves and waiting on a response.
