I am returning mine. It continually disconnects if I stop typing for a little bit to read something. Then it takes 6-10 clicks to reconnect again! This thing kills productivity. Not good for DATA input! I have contacted the vendor with my problem. We will see if they can help me.

AzioCorpYes, I have been in contact with Azio, they were very quick to issue a return. I have received an email with a shipping label and will mail it off tomorrow. Azio has been very fast to respond and help out!

AzioCorpThere is a problem for sure. The new (replacement) keyboard does the exact same thing as the first one. Randomly throughout the day it disconnects from my iMac. It takes 6-10 keystrokes before it reconnts. I can't keep it from disconnecting

Sorry about the problems you are having this is not what we would want for you. To clarify the keyboard will disconnect after about 10-15 minutes of inactivity. The keyboard should not disconnecting while you are typing. The keyboard will turn off and it will take a brief second to connect back to the computer. This is done to save the overall battery life of the keyboard. To receive two defective keyboards sounds very strange and is a big concern to us. If you feel you have reached a manufacture error please reply to our emails so we may get this issue resolved.

SirShaggyI had this board for a little while and can confirm that I had the same issue. While it didn't disconnect as fast as yours seems to, mine did disconnect every ~5 mins or so, and it was extremely annoying and essentially made this keyboard unusable. To be fair, I've yet to have a BT mechanical keyboard I was truly impressed with, even the HHKB BT had a few kinks, though nothing at all as bad as this keyboard.
