I just received my Beta-QR and I'm both puzzled and confused. I'm pretty certain that the Quick Release part isn't supposed to fall apart at the slightest touch, right?
And by the release, I mean the pin that's actually connected to the keychain and the spring within the release receptacle disassembled as soon as I opened the plastic bag which caused the release to fall out of the flashlight.
Emailing support anyway!
