I'd suggest that MD work on this issue, it's driving me away from continued participation. Either provide realistic estimates upfront or have the manufacturers prepare for shipment before the drop ends, especially when it's obvious the drop will go through.
Thanks for the heads up. This is my first time using MD and it is unfortunate that long/ambiguous turnaround times are the norm around these parts. I'll be sure to keep your note in mind when future deals pop up.
