Another quick update for you all. After making the last update, the group's order unexpectedly arrived at our office in San Francisco instead of our warehouse in New Jersey. Unfortunately, we do not have the tools and resources here to easily accommodate such an issue. While this hiccup was clearly quite undesirable, we wanted to save time for the community by not shipping the bulk order back to New Jersey and have managed to ship a large handful of those individual packages back out to the group now and tracking has been uploaded to the transaction pages.
However, while fulfilling these units from our office, we were made aware of a short shipment affecting a few orders and our customer support team will be reaching out shortly to those affected by this. Rest assured, we are working closely with the vendor to resolve and have made them aware of the shipment errors as well. We will update the group again as soon as we hear back regarding those units.
Thanks once again for your patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 8/10 or sooner if something comes up.
