Doesn't come with 'all the hardware' to customize and none of my tiny screwdrivers fit, so I have to go buy something to customize it. And the closing piece on the keybiner itself is rather flimsy and can come off without warning, but can be easily reattached. Nifty tool, not worth the price I paid though.

johnbarryI completely agree. The piece was partially off when I opened the package. Easy enough to put back in, but knowing it will continually fall off makes this device practically worthless. I had higher hopes from Brous.

MeloHYPEIt's held for me so far since. I love the thing after I figured out how to put it together the way I like it. Car keys can hang off of one of the included pieces rather nicely, and the whole thing can lay flat, aesthetically. The screws also seem to be getting a little loose- but how picky can I be? I mean $77 is nothing to sneeze at, but perfection isn't attainable.

johnbarryWell, it finally happened. I have only had this product 11 days, and the metal piece fell off today and is lost. It has popped off nearly every day, but it was always in my hand when I noticed, so I was able to reattach. This time, it was clipped to my bag, and I hadn't noticed the metal spring clip fell off. Fortunately, my keys were still dangling and were not lost.
This keybiner is a terrible design--an objects "design" has a function and purpose--and the purpose of this item is to secure/clip it to something so that your keys do not get lost. It does not accomplish it's task effectively since the spring clip is flimsy and poorly secured. This has been a waste of money due to the terrible design.
Massdrop--I think you should contact Brous, and have them supply a handful of spring clips free of charge to each person who ordered.
Unless this situation is mitigated, I do not expect to order from MassDrop or Brous again. I expect higher craftsmanship from Brous, and I do not expect to purchase another product from them (I had several knives on my wishlist). I will definitely think twice before ordering from MassDrop again as well. I know they are merely the distributor, but I believe they should stand by the products they sell.

MeloHYPEAgreed. My clip has fallen off many many times since the original posting of this comment, though I haven't officially lost it. I think Brous was more attached to style than actually attaching the clip.
