How does it attach to the tripod? Could this use a 3/8 or 5/8 attachment? Hoping to be able to use the same mount as my current mic

how do I get repairs? The usb in my mic came out. The parts in the usb came out and were stuck in my usb cord. How do I get repairs on this mic? Is there a way to contact the makers? Can it be repairs? The usb might need to be replaced. Is there a way to do that?
