Great sound, especially for louder music. Good bass and mids. I have had a little trouble getting a good fit in both ears and have tried several tips, part my problem due to different sized ear canals, but the Supermoon have a larger nozzle than my Andromeda ES or Atlas so using those for reference doesn't apply well.
The Andromeda ES has a more balanced transparent sound, and I can listen to those for longer periods. The Supermoon has a more 'fun' sound with more punch. A bit better in a noisy environment. The Atlas has a similar sound, but not as detailed. But also much lighter and comfortable when walking.

The Supermoon is my favorite IEM of all-time.
There is nothing this IEM can do wrong for me. It is fast and responsive being a planar IEM. The resolution and level of fun I have with this IEM are next level. I do not need to buy another IEM again. This IEMs size is large and sits in my ears perfectly. The only two reasons I can see the Supermoon not working for people are if they have small ears or just hate having fun when listening to music.
Built quality: Very well built. Campfire is well-known for customized IEM and this universal version is very comfortable even for long hours of usage. Unit itself isn't light but I didn't feel much of weight once I put them. My only complain is Drop only has black color. I prefer orange color and it is available from Campfire website. I just bought it from Drop because it was on sale. One more thing I wish I could get with this is 4.4 balanced instead of 3.5. But again.. it's ok. I am paying less than Campfire website. I would probably end up getting pure silver cable for this to get better treble out of it... That being said, now the sound...
Sound: I used AZLA Xelastec eartip, instead of using the eartip that came with it. This IEM has bass and kick for sure. Response for low freq range is fast and kick is tight (thanks to planar magnetic driver). Overall, low-freq is speedy and punchy. That being said, I think where this IEM shine is the vocal. Mid-range is well emphasized. Vocal sounds very clear and focused with high resolution. This makes a fun sound for rock and pop, especially. Relatively speaking, high freq range is a bit recessed. It is there but less pronounced compared to low and mid. This makes somewhat not-so-much bright sound. High hat isn't as bright as I wanted. In my opinion, this makes classical music a bit dark, closed, and heavy sound which I don't prefer. If you are sensitive to high pitch sound, this might be a good thing for you.
My final verdict? I would keep it. I like the sound. It is fun sound for any music that has vocal in it. but it is not my all-arounder IEM. I would still prefer my DITA project M for all type of music including classical. if you are looking for a good bass, punchy kick with a great vocal, get this with no hesitation. But again, I bought this when it was on sale. Would I buy this again with a full price? That's another question...
Incredible bass canons with excellent treble energy.
Excellent resolution and impact. For the current asking price they're unbeatable. They sound incredible. Keep in mind these are a more U-shaped tuned IEM. Mids are still very clear but they are not the focus here. These are a bit more resolving version of 7hz timeless. I'd also recommend some tips like the Final Type Es.
Resolution is just a bit above average and the transients are quite fast. Sub bass is really amazing and extends very low. I'm not so sure about upper bass though. The overall tuning isn't entirely neutral and sometimes in some situations it can sound a bit thin or sound like something is not quite there. The upper mids sound slightly off and highs are just a bit boring and less spacious and less engaging than other iems. This might be a good thing if you're sensitive or you get fatigue often. Overall these are good for the price, but they're not super amazing either. I wish i could return this and try something else, but drop has a NO REFUND POLICY on these iems , so please BE CAREFUL. Wish i had known ahead of time before taking the risk. I think I'm done purchasing audio from drop. They're really not bad however. One good thing with single driver iems like these is these sound more consistent, coherent, and more well put together than most multi driver iems. I wouldn't say these are super far off from what you would imagine an iem version of a more bassy HE1000 Stealth headphones to sound like. Headphones usually sound superior, however, and Hifiman makes more coherent planars than what the Supermoon can produce. In comparison to the HE1000, the supermoon has better transients and bass, but worse space, tuning, and resolution. I don't know what other planars the Supermoon can be compared to aside from that.
Turcoda_PandaA 2 star review comparing an IEM to a full size headphone makes no sense, and the return policy has no bearing on the item. You should know what you are buying before you purchase - that's on you, not the Supermoons. Drop has no return policy because of people like you who make impulse buys and then regret it a week later.

Sounds great!
These sound great. Great build quality, black looks great. Choosing another colored Time Stream cable with a 4.4 mm connection pairs well. Bass is clear along with the Highs and Mids. I did change the ear tips, comfort was perfect after that. Will buy another product from Camp Fire in the future.
