Tried this with my Mac today and its working fine but is only showing 96kHz sample rate, not 192kHz in the configuration. Why is this? Isn't it suppose to support up to 192kHz?
I could definitely tell a difference when using the high gain settings with my AKG K550 headphones. The differences when using low gain were less noticeable. This thing is sounding great so far. Will have to post further impressions after listening some more.
Haven't tested it out on my Win10 machine yet due to the Windows related issues reported here. Hoping a new driver is released to help resolve the reported issues with crashing, etc.
LeatherfaceI was looking in the OSX Audio/Midi preferences and 192kHz wasn't listed as an option. Didn't have any 192kHz files to test with at the moment though.
mistaneatI'm getting 192K showing up on my system. But I did some testing and found that you will only get 192K if plugged into a USB 3.0 port. Plugging into a USB 2.0 port will only show 96K max in 'Audio Midi Setup'. So if you have an older mac that doesn't have USB 3.0 you might not be able to get 192K. Another thing I noticed is that the volume adjustment knob on the unit has no effect and stays at the last position you had it while running it through a USB 2.0 port. This may just be my system, but running it through a USB 3.0 port makes it function perfectly.

Leatherface2012 Retina MBP which looks to support USB 3.0 . I tried both USB slots and both show max 96K which is odd. I'll have to test with my Win10 PC as soon as a new driver is released.
mistaneatEarlier I was continuously detecting issues with my USB so contacted Windows PowerShell Customer Support for assistance, they provided me solution but while resolving my problem I had done some blunders and now I am continuously facing issues with both the USB Port, USB port2.0 & USBport3.0.
Though it's tiny, it manages to power even high ohm headsets with amazing accuracy. It works great with the drop usb-c to usb-c and my Phillips shp-9600. Soon enough I'll be using the Akoustyx...
I have an external amplifier with no integrated DAC and I only have an xduo xa10 as a dac/amp can I use the xduo xa10 as a dac only with an external amplifier?
