At $50 I feel this is a good buy for the materials, construction and appearance. If you look on other popular on line sites no name brand cables sell for at least this much. It is rare to see a cable with a 12 AWG solid core conductor so at this price, snake oil or not this is a good purchase.
Morri2I was thinking the same. If you have the time, know-how, and skill, you can probably build these for about $25 and spend 30-45 minutes doing so. Or just buy them for $50, because most people will not fit into that category.
Forget the claims of making your music sound like the voices of angels. If you're into the cosmetics and the polished finished product, this cable is honestly not at all a bad buy. If I were in the market for a nice solid speaker cable that felt good in my hands, I'd buy it.
And for those complaining about the $300 price tag? Please - take those complaints to a discussion board where these are actually being offered for $300.
