I noped on these at $100 in 2018. I noped on em at $70 in 2019. I nope on them at $50 now. $30? sure, I’ll buy a few pairs. Otherwise, I’m just going to stick to the insanely cheap monoprice ofc wire and cheap-ass bananas which are currently in place.
Fayne$30 will not happen. These indeed were quite costly to make. Copper is expensive, gold plating is expensive, labor is expensive, there is a lot of labor to these. We are running out of stock soon and aren't planning to reorder -- We are not making speakers anymore, so no more cables either. Electronics is our bread and butter now. So you won't have to agonize over this drop for long :)

CEntrancePfft, selling that poorly even the insane margin won't keep it viable?
theroflcopterActually selling very well, just clearing out the inventory -- need space in the warehouse for new and exciting stuff. We have gotten out of the speaker business.

CEntranceWell, I hope whatever business you're into now will involve a bit more science and a bit less snake oil.
theroflcopterThe cable skin effect has not gone away, but thank you for the good wishes, and same to you!
