After a month of using, couple of the light died. Never buy keyboard from this company again tbh. Edit: some keys some times have delay registering and sometimes doesn't even register at all.

Prohero113LEDs die all the time even in really high end monitors. It can't be prevented completely. This keyboard looks pretty low quality in general but just LEDs dying isn't a good enough reason not to buy imo.
Prohero113Agreeing with @TelFiRE here. I have been using this for 6 months now before it was available and have no issues. I am sure Creative Labs will take care of you if you email them.

Tex-ArozziI contacted them and i don't recall getting much help, however, massdrop with its superior service helped me a lot and i got a refund.
