I wanted to ask if anyone has used this trackball mouse before because I have been wanting to get one for a while to take a break from my few gaming orientred mice for when I am just browsing the web and or using other non gaming applications. I would really appreciate it if they could say what they thought about the comfort, quality, and sensor of this mouse. Whether or not I may be satisfied with it for the applications I was mentioning up top.

TravellerrI've been using one for several years now (hence why I'm probably not going to participate in this Massdrop, sadly). The comfort and quality are top notch. The plastic has become a bit smooth from daily use for several years, but otherwise shows no signs of wear.
The sensor is adjustable between 3 resolutions, depending on task. At max DPI, my 1440p is navigable with less than a single swipe of the finger. At lowest DPI, pixel perfect stuff (such as photo editing, for example) is exceedingly easy. DPI is changed by holding middle click and then right click.
The trackball itself is fully laser optical while the scrollwheel is mechanoptical (scroll wheel turns a spoked wheel that a sensor interprets). The ball rests on 3 steel bearings, two set 90 degrees from one another and the third at 45 degrees. They're easily removed for cleaning and the trackball itself is held together by three phillips head screws.
Hope this answers some questions!
Edit: Also, you can replace the ball with a standard sized billiard ball, if you so wished. Edit Edit: Manufacture date of mine was 16 April, 2010, to give an idea how old mine is. Might clean it as a birthday present!
