Is this a solder kit or does the PCB come with sockets installed already? Looks like the latter but priced like the former?

is there a profile on QMK Configurator on this? I want to change some of these keys and make the functionality more like a Planck, but outside of QMK Configurator Im lost

Make sure you select V2 or it might not work.
