I am 23-24 inches across on chest. This is usually an extra large. Does this shirt seriously measure a normal small as a size xx xl? ??

The chest measurements should read (in inches):
S - 38.5"
M - 42.5"
L - 46.5"
XL - 50.5"
XXL - 54.25"
XXXL - 58.25"
Length should read (in inches):
S - 30"
M - 30.25"
L - 31"
XL - 31.5"
XXL - 32"
XXXL - 32"
