Highly recommend de-soldering the ground from the RCA outputs. Huge difference. It's no longer so dark and overall sounds much better.

I replaced the bottom eight screws- (M3-0.5 x 8mm), be sure to check for clearance. There are two wires you may have to wiggle out of place of the screw. A 3mm screw length is closer to stock ones.

Update: Swapped out the bright orange LEDs on the 6sn7 socket to something more ideal. A dim red led (630-HLMP-6000). Huge difference, I should not have used the first set.

Here is the pre-amp output removal by desoldering the black ground wire located in the top right of the pcb. Next to the R.

Update: Stock feet are easily removable. 3mm screw. Replaced with adhesive silicone hemispheres.

update: new solid aluminum volume knob. Stock is plastic with a metal sleeve. New potentiometer soon..

Edit: Current state of the amp. No other internal mods have been done. The red LEDs have stayed and it’s still sounding excellent.
