AAAARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!! Nine days. NINE DAYS since it departed the post office in CA and nothing! USPS has no idea where it is. They advised me to call the Montclair, CA post office, and they aren't answering, even though they are open right now.
TheMadProfessorHey TheMadProfessor, have you received your key cap set yet? Please let us know and we can start looking into it for you.

DatamancerNope. In fact, I just got off the phone with USPS and they are a bunch of incompetent buffoons. I opened a case last Wednesday, and they closed it on Saturday, saying it was resolved. It wasn't, so I had them reopen the case. I think they got the hint when I told them that it was odd that a package sent to France made it, but they can't seem to deliver domestically.

TheMadProfessor@TheMadProfessor They just told me the same thing. Closed the case as resolved without notes. I've just been escalated to "Consumer Affairs" and issued a case number with them. I should hear back from them in 48-72 hours....... My real question is why did we get the cheap "First Class" option and not an upgrade to priority since we ended up waiting 24 days from the point when the drop was finished and the order sent to them to the point when they "shipped"?

GwydenOh don't get me started on "Consumer Affairs." They gave me their number, I called, and I found out that they are more useless than a purity ring in a whorehouse.
