BobsyeruncleHmm, I don't know, might be a mistake? It showed a high number of replies, but I can't see them either.
My assumption would be that it would vary per headphone, and ideal would depend on your ears anyway. In my experiments, you get a warmer sound with each increase in foam "baffle" density. I put a lighter density foam in my Dekoni Blue (it comes with a pretty high density foam), and much preferred the less-bass-emphasized sound. Hope that helps.
