I recently got this headset, and wow is it good. My only issue is when certain people talk on discord, I can hear a really high pitched ringing. I fiddled with a bunch of settings, computer audio and discord, and nothing seems to solve the issue. It is primarily if not all in my right ear only. Is there something wrong with my headset, or was that ringing always there I can just hear it cause the headset is THAT good? I haven't had any issues with any other application, though I have yet to test if I can hear the ringing on a different version of discord, say on my xbox instead of my pc. Only other issue I've had is occasional static, but I can't tell if it's from the headset or the show/game/etc.

On the Massdrop website.
In an active drop forum, for a *highly*-relevant product, no less.
And, as always, not definitive response from Massdrop to be found, not a peep, not here, not anywhere that I can find, and I've searched...many times!
As a long-time Massdrop customer, I request that you, Massdrop, publish/state (both here, and on the Massdrop Plus IEM web page on this site) :
- what is the nozzle size of the Massdrop Plus IEMs - which size *of the currently Dropped product here* will fit your own Massdrop Made product?
C'mon Massdrop, this is pretty basic marketing and business information. Please get your chit together! *
Now, if I'm off-base with this rant and badly misinformed, please provide me with a prior existing link to this information (not one created since this was posted), and I'll publicly apologize for my admittedly agitated post here.
Thank you for your prompt response to your customers!
* For an extra bonus, work with Dekoni and have them list *your own IEM product* in their catalog, that is linked from the very Dekoni Drop page on your site!
We can list compatibility for those shown in this chart: https://dekoniaudio.com/bulletzfitchart/.
I appreciate the reply! However,
- it would have been a bit more helpful if I had received a response _while the Dekoni drop was still active._ Which, it is not... - and although there is the option of 'cross-referencing' size/fit by comparing similar earphones and the recommended sizes for them, it still leaves the consumer guessing, and does not address the very things I had pointed out (OK, that I complained about) in my first post for this drop:
* No Massdrop statement, anywhere, about which size tips fit your own, in-house made product. Or should I say, products.
* and no listing for any Massdrop-made earphones, in any of the earphone tip makers official catalog of sizes and fitment.
Really, ya needs to get this down as it is a very competitive field; I like Massdrop, constantly refer people to the site, and want you to be successful.
* And This Is Not The Way.
Thank you again for responding! -PT
