Will these affect the sound of the HD 58X Jubilee?

Yes. I personally really hate the sound of any Dekoni pad with the Sennheiser HD6x0 line. If you want to preserve the sound you're stuck ordering the stock Sennheiser pads.

Dosen't these also fit 58x /580/650. I'm asking for 58x
The HD 580, HD 580 Jubilee, HD 600, HD 650, HD 6xx, HD 660S, and HD 58X Jubilee all use the same pads. Yes, these will work fine for your Drop HD 58X Jubilee, and were designed to mimic the stock sound too.

Does it fit for Sennheiser 660s? If so, how it will affect the sound?

Yes it fits. If your original pads are pretty worn down, these will probably improve the lower frequencies significantly. At least that's what happened to mine.

Do these come with the plastic installation ring? I think I can see it in one of the photos but since it's not noted in the description, I just want to make sure.
Mounting rings are attached to all Dekoni pads, and these Sennheiser ones just press/pop on.
