I like how there are 3 knobs, but the exploded picture only shows 2 rotary encoders. Should i expect the other knob to be non-functional?

it says 3 rotary knobs in the specs section, so it would be a pretty big oversight if it came with just two. I'm assuming there was a bit of a F-up in the rendering.

I would be very wary of this company as I purchased a macropad from them and VIA nor QMK recognize the device properly and apparently, they don't give a shit. No support and "programmable" was a straight-out lie. I now own a weird switch tester that can't be returned.

i got one of these and after a couple hours of trying differnet things, I can't get VIA to recognize the device.
How about a link or pdf from the entity making money off this instructing how to program it?
