It's not everyday i get to see such a unique keycap set themed around such a big holiday. got both the base and novelties which really adds to the aesthetics.
Happy with them, though legends duller than expected
A terrific and unique set and a great value for the price. I expected the legends to be brighter, though of course dye-sub is no match for double-shot. I LOVE that the sublegends are Zhuyin, which is uncommon and special.
I was skeptical of these keycaps at first: I didn't believe that the photos truly showed how bright and saturated the colors were. Once my package arrived though, I was very surprised at how good they looked! There were a few hiccups and problems with my order, but Drop provided great support and service.
This is a pretty nice set with undoubtedly the best novelty/per dollar ratio of any keycap set out there.
Unlike a lot of dye subs, there is no fading on the sides, which is important when the board is bright red and the base PBT colour is white.
The printing is crisp and the reds and yellows look great.
I am subtracting a star because the burgundy/darker reds seem a bit muddy. You can notice a bit of unevenness on the stair-stepped caps lock, for instance. Something about them just seem a bit off to me. Not enough to shelve the set by any means, though.
In good lighting, you won't really notice any issues. They muddiness is more pronounced in lower-light scenarios. At least to my eyes.
Boston 120%, double F-Row, exploded clusters and near perfect coverage everywhere. Wished it didn't take over half the damn year of the dragon for which this set is themed after to reach me but I'm still happy with what I got.
