I grabbed one of each version in this drop. I already have a Lumintop AAA Tool in copper with the Cree LED and in titanium with the Nichia. I like both versions and it's difficult to choose between them (that's why I didn't this time). These are a great value at $25. My titanium Tool is always in a sheath on my belt with a custom Swiss Army Knife.
I know some comparison photos have been shown below but I'll add one that I took. The photo was done with my iPhone and the white balance is not perfectly adjusted but it should give you a good relative difference of the color tints. The Nichia LED is noticeably less bright than the Cree and the difference is greater in person. It's still a great light but if I could only have one it would probably be the Cree. At $25, don't choose just get one of each and decide for yourself. If you find you truly prefer one to the other I bet you can sell one and not lose much.

Since I took this comparison photo I have also picked up a Malkoff M361N emitter. The N stands for Neutral so it's a little less yellow than the Warm (W) emitter shown below. The Nichia LED has a very close color tint to Malkoff's Neutral emitter, which is very nice. I'll try to get a comparison photo of all of them.

Wow. That Titanium Lumintop looks sexy AF. I'm definitely getting it the next time it drops.

I didn't expect to like the titanium as much as I do. I wish it had a bead blasted finish but otherwise it's near perfect for what it is.

I took another comparison photo for the beam colors. I don't have the best setup for doing it but hopefully it helps. In person, the Malkoff N (Neutral) emitter is closest to incandescent light and I consider it the gold standard for LEDs of the ones I own. I still like his W (Warm) emitter too with the more yellow tint. In person, the Lumintop Tool Nichia doesn't appear quite as purple as it looks in the photo. It actually looks pretty good compared to the Malkoff Neutral and incandescent. The Lumintop Tool Cree and Olight S2 lights have a bluish tint but it's not off-putting to my eyes. Once again, you can't go wrong with the Cree or Nichia emitter. I really go back and forth on which I prefer. It's pretty much like a gun or knife to me; my favorite is the one in my hand at the time.

Hey, that's a great Swiss Army Knife! Did you mod it yourself? If not, who did it?

That was a mod done by ALM in Poland. He did some really great mods with custom titanium scales and such but I don't think he's doing it anymore. If you search via Google his website has been shut down. I have a small collection of customized SAKs and searched for an ALM for a while. I finally snagged this secondhand on the BladeForums Exchange. If you're interested in a customized SAK, I think SAK Modder is still doing such work: http://www.sakmodder.com/

Probably my favorite models: 0900 & 0450. They are pretty much with me all the time. ZTs are great. I would love to see some drops with them.

I kind of hope they do get something Zero Tolerance here, considering how many Kershaw they've already done (although all Chinese Kershaw as far as I remember).
I have a 0200 myself, although I kind of wish I picked up one of the 0300 series which aren't so fat.
