For anyone wondering, this has a 1.6mm non flex cut PCB. I put in a set of TX AP 1.6 stabs and they fit perfectly.

It looks like the Decorative case has a ship date of November 30th - is that a place holder? Or do we need to wait till next month to complete the barebones kit?

TopreLoveThat's correct, the decorative cases are expected to ship out in November. It should be closer to the beginning of the month than the end, but we always hedge the stated shipping date a bit to account for any unforeseen delays.

Would be a decent price point if it came with even the most basic top plate, as buying the plate alone brings it pretty close to the full build price, then having to buy a set of switches stabs and caps is going to run you X more, or maybe a discounted plate price if you buy together with a barebones?
Edit: just went to check out and noticed a nice little discount on the plate, I think it was 33% off, coupled with my coupon, I managed to snag this and the overgrowth case, for 93 bucks, not bad

Sorry yes!! I was meaning the decorative top case, I was kinda mentally calling it the top plate, but forgot to type it out that way

jimdandyGotcha, no worries. The decorative top case is not included. Not including it allows us to keep the barebones MSRP as low as possible to allow for people to choose the exact top case color they want, without having to pay for the cost of the standard black one as well. Currently, the CSTM80 accessories are all 30% off during our introductory period, we may offer a discount on cases purchased with barebones long term, but can't promise anything right now.
