Currently this is only supports ANSI TKL layouts, that's correct.

Unless stated as an intentional feature, keycaps generally won't have any light passing through them; not intentionally, at least haha. This particular set *may* have a tiny bit of bloom at the very edges of the print because the plastic used appears to be a bit opaque, but that wouldn't really be a discernable effect unless you're looking for it in a dark room.
