Drop DCX Keycap Accent Kits

To fit the many aesthetics in our Mech Keys community, we’ve launched more than a few DCX keycap sets this year. Now, we’re rolling out a few add-ons to give any DCX set an extra twist. Meet the Drop DCX Keycap Accent Kits: three small bundles of select keycaps in red, purple, and pink. Debut a different dash of color on DCX Dolch, make DCX White-on-Black or Black-on-White more than monochrome—or venture further into sets like DCX Deep Space, Dusk, Magnolia, and more. Complete with an escape key, a full set of arrow keys, and three different enter key styles to fit a wide range of layouts, each of these accent kits makes an excellent finishing touch for any board, or budget. Of course, each one also features DCX’s industry-leading build quality—but as a DCX owner, you already knew that.

Exceptional attention to detail: it’s what defines DCX. After the success of MT3, we set out to make a profile with an even higher standard of quality—and we left no stone unturned; or untyped. Taking over 2 years to refine our design, strengthen our manufacturing, and gather input from our community, we created a shorter, subtly sculpted keycap profile worthy of any endgame keyboard. The embodiment of our newest, most exacting build processes, DCX keycaps are made from ultra-substantial, proprietary ABS material that’s neither shiny nor hollow-sounding. For a truly blemish-free look that lasts, each keycap’s sprue mark is located on its interior (rather than on a finished side, like many caps). Zoom in on the doubleshot legends, and you’ll find next to no flaws there either, since each one is injected within precise tolerances of nearly 0.05 millimeters. Plus, all DCX sets sport carefully considered design principles, including symmetrical vertical margins, consistent left-side legend alignment for all rows, and extensive Base Kit compatibility.
