Mine arrived today and geeze, what a major disappointment. I ordered a very blue knife, based on all of the pictures on the Drop website. What I received was a mostly gray knife instead. It's pretty ugly, if you ask me. If I had only known that blue meant mostly gray, I would have selected a different color, or skipped it altogether.

Davidsh331Im sorry you disappointed. Im curious how is the blue looking greyish because the prototype i got was very nice blue. Would you mind posting a pic?

GavkoKnivesHere you go... Yes the one posted in the ad was a nice blue, but this is not nearly even close to that same blue.

Davidsh331Yeah thats definitely far from the picture. Mine gets that way when i carry it and get it all covered in sweat and oils from hands, but when i clean the titanium with windex it gets that nice popping blue color again. Lot of lower voltage anodization colors are touchy on sweat and oils

GavkoKnivesBut what you see in the pic is right out of the box, with no handing. It has no place to go but down with handling. If they got that blue color with the prototypes, they should have done the same with the production run. Or if they were not able to do so for some reason, they should have notified customers prior too shipping? After waiting all those months, is a big disappointment.

Davidsh331Thanks Bro! It's not a Nurse or any knife I bought on Drop. I have a couple that I bought on Drop that definitely weren't as vivid as the photos and one I thought the wrong color was shipped. When I compared it to another the same color, they were the same. :-(
