These are a clear variation of the Holy Panda X. It has a transparent top case (instead of smoke), white nylon bottom case (instead of gray), and white POM stem (instead of yellow).
It's best for backlit (shine-through) keycaps, particularly if the keyboard has south-mounted LEDs and the keycap legends are in the upper portion on the top of the keys. That allows more light to reach the top part of the key.
I wouldn't count on factory lube tbh, if you're paying $1 per switch you're likely going to hand lube the switches anyways. I have the regular HPX's and would not recommend using them stock.
