Unfortunately I've got to add to the problems that @duncanr, @terribad, @ItsMeep, @YaBoiBolt, and presumably others are having. Been using my switches since the end of July and have been seeing chatter as well as failure to register key-presses. The problems seem to be getting worse with use too. I realize it's not super-scientific, but Keyboard Unchatter is registering at least some degree of chatter on ~15% of the switches after 3 months of use.

els2155I now have 5 switches that have gone bad, all of which on a single board that were desoldered and replaced. All 5 seem to look proper internally with no missing legs on the stem. So I’m quite puzzled what the issue is.

els2155Same here. I've run out of spares and I have a defunct ii switch. It iis not uncommon for a double or triiple i press about 50% of the time that I type "i." I guess I wiill start to swap out bad swiitches with ones that I don't use often... like the right shiiift key. My order was delivered in June.

els2155Add another +1 here. Got mine in July and they've started chattering pretty badly in the past couple weeks. (Took me way too long to write this post due to the chattering issue).

els2155I've been using "Keyboard Unchatter" as a software fix for the chatter, might be worth trying out as it seems to have stopped 99.9% of the chatter I've been having. Not that needing a software fix is at all acceptable for something at this price point. That being said now both the "a" and "spacebar" keys are having occasional failures to register...

els2155I'm yet another person who has noticed the same happening with my switches from July timeframe. I had 2 switches start to go bad on me and now am noticing a 3rd one that is consistently failing to register. I checked the insides of the bad switches (first time opening them) and there's nothing visibly wrong with them. I'm quite disappointed that this is happening and surprised that it seems to be widespread too. Update: I contacted Drop support about this and they offered to have me return the switches for a full refund. They didn't respond about the failing to register/chattering issue that I pointed out. Looks like I will be returning them as I am no longer confident enough to have these in my build with switches failing left and right.

els2155This is unacceptable @Drop. Considering how many people are chiming in, the problem is probably widespread. Could anyone please report why this is happening? Perhaps stop raising your damn prices and ask your manufacturers?

FatKommodoDragonSame; I actually had two orders worth of switches and I'll be returning the second one. Unfortunately the first is soldered onto a board and if I want to get a full refund I'm gonna have to desolder the whole darn thing...almost considering writing it off at this point but I really don't want to give them the satisfaction. Might have to do some spite desoldering.

els2155Same here. Got my switches in late July. Returning for a full refund would be too much hassle for me at this point.
