It has come to our attention that a small portion of users are experiencing an accelerated rate of wear with these keycaps. For these users, the legends are wearing off within 2 weeks of regular use. This is both unexpected for this production technique and unacceptable from a user experience standpoint.
In response to the feedback and response from these users, we are taking the following actions:
Any users experiencing premature fading of legends on the Keysterine keycap set will have their set replaced. Please contact the support team for a replacement set.
As part of our investigation, we analyzed a variety of different solvents and other potential root causes of the fading legends and have not identified any external factors that are contributing to the wear.
We have adjusted the manufacturing process to ensure that the caps have the most durable legends possible moving forward. Replacement sets will come from a newer batch which utilizes this updated printing method.

mr_shellz64The new batch is out now, yes. If you buy right now there is a good chance it will be the updated version. If it is not and you experience the accelerated wear issue, you can simply create a support ticket to receive a new set. The problem appears to be very hit or miss, and is all or nothing - in other words, we have not seen reports of people experiencing wear in an intermediate time period. If your set lasts longer than a month, it is "good" and should last the full expected lifetime of a UV-printed set.
HoffmanMysterOK. With all due respect I’d rather not go through the potential process of having to create a ticket. In my mental health situation it stresses me out to have to do things like that. Could I perhaps send you and drop my order number once I order. And then someone could create a notation to I’m sure that I receive the new batch 100%? I’d really appreciate if you can make this exception.

HoffmanMysterI got my set in March 2022 and noticed the legends fading after a few weeks, so I stopped using them. I am just now seeing this post, is it too late to get them replaced?
Hi I'm new to Drop and i just received my Keyboard i have been waiting for months for by Drop x MTN Dew x Borderlands movie and didn't know if there was a software like Logitech's for the keyboards. if anyone could help please let me know
