This has been a statement made by various people throughout the many years of DCS being a thing, and will be brought up for many more years to come.
Just because DCS is thin does not make it inherently better or worse than any other ABS keycap style. It may not be for everyone, but to say that because it's thinner, it's worse automatically isn't always accurate. At the end of the day, it's all about preference, and there are many DCS enjoyers out there!
In terms of sound, you get a higher-pitched sound than GMK, however, I feel like it really shines with plateless builds and tactiles. Anyways, the fact that we get Sleeper regularly on sale for $79 (base kit), AND we're able to add our DKC coupon on top of that makes it affordable versus other in-stock DCS sets. Drop must've bought a bunch of these kits, since they've been in-stock for quite some time, and I'm thankful for that.
