Another wonderfully original design from the massively inspirational mind of Mito, not ripped from the much more pleasant vendors of the community at all! hint: this is a blatant copy of Dixie's Geo mats (8008, VT, MoDo, MoDoL) and you should be ashamed for even considering carrying such a lazy duplicate

fishbiscuit13The idea of a geometric mountain deskpad is broad and used in many different pad designs. I don’t see why you have a problem with it and are being so aggressive about it. It’s a geometric mountain deskpad, that doesn’t mean it’s a copy. You don’t need to get all passive aggressive, I can see the similarities too but pollygonal art has been around forever, and using that art style on a mountain has been done countless times. It feels silly to critique this so hard even though it’s a very broad idea. You’re argument feels silly to me at least. I’d love to hear your thoughts. Have a good one.

Wow this has got to be one of the laziest designs I've seen from Mito. Its just a common geometric shape with a Greek style border. Definitely not up to par with his previous work.

Saw a couple of people say it's a rip-off of Dixiemech's modern dolch deskmats. I actually joined a GB on Daily Clack and bought 2 deskmats called "Mountain", one white and one black. I literally thought these "Pegaso" mats were the same as the ones I bought. Not saying this one's a complete rip-off tho.. just an honest thought.. https://dailyclack.com/products/mountain-deskmats

hmm on amazon at least i really cant find anything besides like 2-3 colorways that gmk has done. on ali there are more options but usually it isnt actually the same color. can you send me a link to some copies?

RainingManidk man, I'm not buying these things and doing colorimeter tests. All I'm saying is you look at these cheapo sets and they're often in colorways that started as expensive group buys: 9009, Miami, Camping, Serika, Carbon, Pulse, Jukebox, 1976, 1968, those are just off the top of my head.

The price was increased from the previous collections due to the increase in thickness, from 3mm to 4.
These are going to ship in the special box packaging I have designed, as usual. The good thing is that they serve as long term storage.

4 months to print and deliver mat? That's hilariously slow. Any recommendations on where to get something similarly minimalist in stock?

WontyUnfortunately that's the amount of time it takes to guarantee decent manufacturing/delivery of a custom made good. This industry (custom made computer goods) is not as large as other industries.
