How does DROP defines ready to ship, if it passed 'estimated ship date' and nothing update on the shipment?

I just bought a CTRL a year ago and I'm starting to see heavy use cases split, too. "J" went first, then "F". I contacted Drop and they won't let me buy individual key caps, but I was invited to purchase a full price replacement key cap kit several times.
Just buy a better brand.
